Public transport is always a stressful point for a lot of NDIS participants, and for good reason. It is stops, lack of space, and manual stunts taking up a lot of room and the rest of the transport being super awkward. Thankfully, West Mobility Maxi has a WAV vehicle that offers transport that is designed to fix this and offers a lot of room as well as being super clean and easy to use. The driver was super polite and willing to help and also was super handy regarding my mobility transport. This is wholeheartedly a recommendation.
